Why do I feel so screwed up right now?

I'm mad at myself. More than usual.

Everything has been fine, been great. Right now I feel like something's wrong and that makes me feel worried and my heart just goes all funny. I don't know if I'm feeling this just because some small stupid things happened to me or whether it's real.

I was cutting some with mum in the restaurant and got some on my hands.

My hands have been burning for more than an hour now. Very close to crying. Partly pain, partly cause of my bad luck and feeling of patheticness.

Staying away from chilli for the rest of my life.

My own little world.

I just want to hide underneath my blankets forever. I wouldn't run out of air, I wouldn't become hungry or thirsty, and the only people permitted to enter are people who I say are allowed. I'll be wrapped up in warmth, comfort and forget about the outside world. Just my own dark little world of ignorance and sleep.

But most of all, I just want you to be there too.
