" today i read about how Paul finally got to the point in his relationship with Jesus where he realized that he had tried working his head off to please God and keep the rules, and it didn't work. That it was not about rule keeping and trying to make a good name for yourself by having a good reputation or living a good "christian" life style.
he no longer deemed it important to appear righteous before man. His ego was no longer central. and he was also no longer driven to impress God. Because who would he be fooling?
It was Christ that lived in him. and the life you saw was not "his" but it was lived by faith in the son of God.

If I had my own room and could do ANYTHING with it....

My room would had five walls cause...well that'd be awesome...

I'd paint one side with blackboard paint so i can drawing anything on it. Friends can sign it, leave messages, draw on it and update me. I'd organise my life on it too. After it's full, I'd take polaroids of the wall and clean all of it off.

I'd paint the largest wall black/navy blue with white spots that look like stars in the night sky. There'd be heaps of hooks to hang belts, jewellry and jackets. There would be a walk in warbrobe with sliding mirror doors like the ones in my room now execpt about half the height and double the length.

I'd paint another wall pale blue with two shelves that take up 2 thirds of the wall. One shelf for movies and the other shelf for books. The other third is a little reading corner with futons, reading light and those big comfy armchairs with ridiculous coverings.

I'd paint another side pale green so I can hang pictures and put up all my polaroids of the wall and other polaroids that I'd have taken with family and friends.

The last wall  is pale pink has the upper half as a window and a queen sized bed pushed up against the wall (yeah it a big-ass room, fantasy remember) with a tv at the foot of the bed. Lots of pillows and one banana pillow. I need my banana pillow.

Fairy lights strung across every wall and intertwined with my bed frame. A mini chanderlier. And one loose floorboard to hide my stash (money, junk food etc.)

I'm a sucker for anything floral, lace, vintage, leather and/or highwaisted

I love listening to emo/depressing songs when you're not actually depressed, just content. I'm liking my holidays so far. Apart from the fact that Luke ditched me for four days to go to Kyck....;]

Been on Polyvore everyday for at least like 3 hours. I'm a freak. hehehehhehehe. I feel like going: shopping, playing keyboard, eating sweets, going bowling with EVERYONE and for loud music and awesome lights flashing around. At night. All at the same time. It's possible. Shut up.

I'm going to get some juice now....

I've been a busy bee

Sorry for lack of updates my 3 readers =P (you know who you are), been busy with DVDs, baking, last days of school and being overly social on the first day of holidays.

Wednesday: Steph, Milly and Christie come over to bake toffees and stuff for Project Compassion bake sale. They have dinner at my place. Very nice evening. Luke made a brief appearance in the afternoon cause his school had a half day and no school on Thursday (grawr)

Thursday: Bake sale! Raised over 500$ which is so great. I feel charitable and generous now ;). Stayed in artroom during lunch to paint. Wish I could do that any day. After school, went over to Emily's with Luke for ice tea, keyboard and leaking hermit crabs.

Friday: Wake up at 8, got to Mascot around 9.20 and the bus I neede would come in more than half an hour. after being loner for 15 minutes I see Jason and Lauren. We all catch the bus to Luke's place, change and take a half hour walk to a field kind of place and took photos. So fun. Then walked back within 15 minutes when we realised we could of just walked a straight path from Luke's place. Jammed, fish and chips and bball. Got home around 4.30. Had the best time.

Friday night: Went to a family friend's 60th dinner party in Hurstville. Me and sisters were literally the last ones to arrive (late). SOOOOOOOO MUCH FOOD. Then asian kareoke, then Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys kareoke for the kids. Lots of photos, food, talking; it was great to have everyone in one place again.

I'm feel dead now. Lots of great memories and moments though. Me happy.
