I'm not dead, update, clothes

I am not dead! Just this blog is. I don't know why. I really miss personal blogging. Maybe I'll use it as a place to:

  • Make lists (see what I did there?)
  • Write down ambitions, dreams, wants, ideas
  • Post up some short stories or drafts of them from Creative Writing class
  • Post up music that I really love
  • Rant

Anything really. So here is the occasional update that I have failed to do:
  • Semester 2 looks promising. Painting and drawing at COFA, creative writing is getting me really excited about life again and film studies is just something I look forward to all the time
  • I literally JUST passed media. 50. And credits for all else which I am very happy about.
  • I have been shopping. A lot. Here are some examples:

The picture of me in the mirror and the messy room was me wearing these amazing boots. But this is pretty much everything I have bought in the past month or two. Dress from SirenLondon, novels from BookDepository, boots from ModCloth, the picture of my in mirror with jumper and leather shorts are from Chikabootie and the instagram photo was from a shopping date with Milly in Newtown where it has these amazing boutiques.

Also I have found and am in love with a lot of vintage online stores. I am willing to sell my soul for these two:

And I found my dream wedding dress but everyone is telling me it's insane to buy one at my age especially when I have no boyfriend. But it's a vintage, one-of-a-kind wedding dress made by my new favourite vintage designer Mike Benet:

ANOTHER NEW BLOG?

Technically a blog-to-be. I don't want to seem like one of those people who creates a new blog every single year for no reason. If I make multiple blogs, they have different purposes and reasons. This one right now is of course my personal, random blog which I have sorrowfully neglected...sort of like a my 10 year PlayStation which I continuously played for a couple of months, tops, before it became an antique in my fish cupboard.

A couple of weeks ago, while actively procrastinating, I wrote down a list/table of televisions shows that I am:
  • Up to date with and on hiatus or completed
  • Series I have started but have not yet finished
  • Series I need to start to watch from the very beginning
Probably the most productive work I've ever done in english....Anyways, this list epic and has me excited. I'll post it up later. I also need to draw up a novel version of what I just did. I've just accumulated all these things that need to be experienced.

New blog is inspired by this gem of a man: http://markwatches.net/reviews/

He watches a whole television series systematically in a brilliantly laid out schedule and reviews each episode right after he watches it. Right now he's onto Buffy and I am so terrified and excited for him because I know what is to come and I can see he's just as emotionally invested in it as I am. I pray for you, man. He's got another site which is purely just for novels. So instead of reviewing episode at a time, he does it in chapters. Good God, this man is hilarious.

So I shall set this thing up after the 8th of November. Which is my last exam by the way. The last exam day for the whole of HSC. The last high school exam I would ever take in my life. Will show HSC exam schedule later. When I'm not weeping tears of despair.

I'm wondering if I should do the same thing he's done, which is two separate sites for novels and televisions shows (also thinking of a movie one....)

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

It's becoming tradition for me to post up the trailer for the latest Twilight film as soon as it comes out. Hopefully this one is received better than the first two. Please let it be better than the first two.

MLIA of the day

"Tomorrow, I have to hand back all my textbooks to the library. As I have a habit of adding annotations(in pen) to the margins, I was panicking a little, until I realised that at the start of the year I had signed my name in all of my textbooks as 'The Half-Blood Prince'. Problem solved. MLIA"

A little get to know me thingy

Well yeah it's 2 in the morning, I'm youtubing and not tired at all. So Yeah just a little thingymabob about some things that I know about myself. No personal details like home address or phone number or anything like that in case of pedos and stalkers =D

Nickname: Fong, Fongers, Fong Fong...anything with Fong in the beginning, or middle...or end

Grade: I'm in the 4th term of Year 9 (technically term 3 holidays but who cares)

I love anything musical even though I'm a noob at all of it and my friends are amazing in it.

My best friend's code name on this is Luke and he has been my rock ever since I've met this boy.

I like to do a lot of things like write, draw, sing, dance, cook, play keyboard but I'm really sucky in all of those fields so I gotta get my procrastinating and lazy ass of this computer chair and start practicing.

Two chinese parents, two older sisters and my grandma also lives with me

I'm Christian but not fully yet though I've been having the feeling lately that I've been getting more closer and closer.

I adore people for their talents, personalities, passion and general awesomeness

I am really really shy if you first meet me and I'll be hanging around the people I know more first, but if i see you around more then I'll eventually come out and not shutup =P

My obsession will forever be Sailor Moon

I'm directionally challenged, disorganised, indecisive and messy

I eat anything in front of me as long as it's not chilli or spicy in any way. Even if I'm not hungry and food is just right in front of me, I'll eventually eat it...fast.

I'll do ridiculous things and go to weird lengths to not embarrass myself but in the end I usually embarrass myself more which helped me learn that the best way to brush those kinds of things of is to laugh it off and be comfortable with silly mistakes. Of course I don't always remember this sometimes.

I don't get angry, more annoyed or frustrated but never fully angry/raging/yelling&telling off. I try best to avoid confrontations or conflict. Yeah I'm one of those people =P

I try my best not to judge and listen first, but I admit I can get a bit prejudice and biased

If I ever get the rare compliment I get embarrassed but inside I'm like....having a freaking fireworks jumping for joy in accomplishment kind of thing. Outside I smile and say thank you as calmly as I can.

I'm a freak as you can probably tell

I'm a sucker for sweets, musicals, cute/epic cartoon characters and Disney/Movie songs.

The things I dislike most in people is backstabbing, behind the back talking, grudges, unjustified anger or reasons.

I love my friends and family very much even if sometimes they can be not so....understanding or as supportive or sensitive to me. We all have those moments.

Yeah this was WAAAAAAAAAAAAY longer then I intended. Imma go to sleepie nows. Gnite, ttyl, maybe cya around. Ily.

Cannot put this book down...

Mao's Last Dancer. Finished it in two days (probably less, started it last night and finished this afternoon). Cried.....3-6 times....memory is a little sketchy, I was reading until 2:30 last night. Twas brilliant. Easy to read, it looks thick but it has a reasonable size font. And bonus pictures in the middle that takes up a couple of pages so thats a bonus too. Or just watch the movie....and still read the book after. *nodnod

As we were going back to easties, Sammy picked upher friend and then we went to eastgardens. Sammy got her hair layered and me and grandma just went to buy some stuff for the restaurant. Then we drove to pick up Alan's grandma and then droppedher off at the restaurant. Nothing especially exciting....Right now I'm drinking V and getting ready to read Mao's Last Dancer which Auntie Pat just brought over. =D

Porno Music/Comment Time Love

I feel so accomplished! I just finally finished ALL of CommunityChannel's videos on youtube! She's so hilarious and is officially number 3 on my hero list. Yes there is a hero list. You should subscribe to her for the following reasons:
  1. Aussie
  2. Her topics are totally relatable (yes even if you aren't asian ;D)
  3. How many people can say that they have porno music/comment time daily? Yeah that's right, only she can.
  4. She friends with Kev-freaking-Jumba and numerous other awesome youtubers
  5. She went to Comic-Con for her freaking birthday which only exemplifies her cool/nerdiness to me.
  6. She saw Time Burton and Johnny Depp at Comic-Con and then proceeded to go to the Alice In Wonderland Set Tour, that would be...the ultimate birthday present.
  7. There can be more then one of the in one shot. Yes my lack of seeing ordinary people do special effects in everyday videos is astounding.
  8. She recommends brilliant books and movies
  9. Her your mum and pedofile jokes are smooth and awesome

Just subscribe or watch, you'll know what I mean. *nod nod

Back

When does the moment or feeling of going back to school hit you?

Is it when you're buying your stationery and text books?

Or when you're wrapping and decorating your exercise books making sure the cover matched the subject?

Or maybe it's when your friend calls you to see what homeroom you will be in so you run for the mail and see your school fees with the rollcall number up the top.

For me it was carrying my clean washed bag inside the room and then hanging up my wrinklefree, loved and hated school uniform.

Tomorrow is back to school day, the day everyone loves and hates, looking forward to seeing your friends again and the new subjects but then realising that it all comes with the price of hard work, strict teachers, no more sleeping in doing nothing and the end of holidays.

...personally, I love it.

Edward Cullen

Ok literally only 2 people (soon to be 1) in my class has not read Twilight. Everyone else who has LOVES IT

My friends are reserving premiere tickets for me and my birthday is is officially in TEN DAYS! wooot! I'll be 14!!!!!!!

Edward Cullen is literally all my class talks about now (apart from Jonas Brothers...Whats so WOW about them any way?). Me and Leila are going RAWR everytime his name is mentioned. Even Alana, the one who doesn't read books and hasn't for two years LOVES it!

oh the great wonders of fiction...I've already mentioned how much I love it right?

Reality Sucks

Has anyone else noticed how fictional guys are better then real life guys? I mean the only perfect guys are in stories and cheesy television.

Fine example:

Edward Cullen from Twilight
Why he's hot:
  • He's a hot vampire which is pretty much Superman mixed with a male underwear model.
  • He can read minds
  • He is perfect in EVERY way (and I mean literally mean EVERY way)
  • He has a hot name! Edward Cullen -swoon-
The reason why it'll never happen:
  • Well first off reality is a bitch.
  • Vampires don't exist (but if they do then i hope there's an Edward Cullen out there for me.)
  • Robert pattinson (hottie playing Edward Cullen in the Twilight movie) is 22
  • He's got Bella -cries- nah i love Bella she's cool. hahah.
Another example:

Mamoru Chiba/ Darien Shields/ Prince Endymion from Sailor Moon
Why He's Hot:
  • He's the freaking reincarnated prince of Earth. Yes you heard me EARTH.
  • He died in his previous life and multiple times in his present life saving the one he loves. (stabbed like 5 times in the same spot in his back, soul taken away from him, took the blast etc) Romance is dead these days, self sacrifice is replaced with unreturned calls and text dumping.
  • He's hot in 2D and 3D.
  • He's smart, rich and a total sweetie.
  • He's got a motorbike, very nice apartment in this life, castles in future and previous life.
  • He's got a superhero double life thing going on(very hot).
  • He looks great in a tux.
  • His usual must have accessory is a mask so we got some hot Phantom of the Opera crap going on here.
  • If you watch and read the whole series you will notice that he is pretty much the most desirable man in the universe.
  • OH and did I mention he will become KING of Earth and possibly the universe?

Why it'll never happen:

  • He's not real
  • He is eternally bond to Princess Serenity/Neo-Queen Serenity/ Usagi Tsukino/ Serena Tsukino/ Bunny

Thankfully in real life there are no space witches, evil vampires, end of the world scenarios on a daily basis or supernatural bitches wanting to take my love away....if I had one LOL

I'll write up some more later if I can think of anyone else. But right not my mind is totally devoted to Edward Cullen, Chiba Mamoru and Bella's Lullaby (which is the sweetest thing you'll ever hear). Until i start to do my assignments.

Note: Fiction can take over my reality any day!

Twilight <3

EVERYONE IS IN LOVE WITH TWILIGHT NOW! Well at least with Edward Cullen.

I was walking around school and everywhere I go I see a book by Stephanie Meyer. The Twilight series is a massive hit! Me and MilMil have to write a book review to convince our english teacher that the book is good. NO PROBLEM. lol.

SNg told me that the movie is coming out in AUS on the 11th. I'm not sure if that's true but if it is WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! YEAH!

Breaking Dawn was really good, could of been better, predictable in areas and I loved it.

My order of favourites in the series:
Twilight
Breaking Dawn
Eclipse
New Moon

And I cannot effing wait for Midnight Sun, I read the first chapter in Twilight, Special Edition. It's funny and OH SO GOOD.

TWILIGHT FOREVER!

p.s. Harry Who? lol

Notes about Nothing #5

  • HOLY CRAP Dakota Fanning is the same age as me! In fact she's a few months OLDER then me! She looks so tiny and she's so famous. She was born in February 23, 1994 and is now fourteen. Scary.....
  • I saw the cutest Siberian Husky today at easties and I want it BAD! It was black and white and had beautiful blue eyes.
  • Last book of the Twililght series: Breaking Dawn is coming out on August 4th and Midnight Sun is the story of Twilight told through EDWARDS perspective!!!!! Cannot wait!
  • Alana broke a toilet by standing on it today XD SO funny.
  • Love the song "Let It Go" by Brit & Alex for some reason right now

I actually like school for the reason of the actual subjects I like, my friends, more physical activity and gives me a life lol. I only hate it because its goes on for too long, the horrible teachers, annoying people and crap ass, unesessary subjects.

The 10 Rights to A Reader

Daniel Pennac wrote:
  1. The right not to read

  2. The right to skip

  3. The right not to finish the book

  4. The right to read it again

  5. The right to read anything

  6. The right to mistake a book for real life

  7. The right to read anywhere

  8. The right to dip in

  9. The right to read outloud

  10. The right to be silent

And with these ten rights comes one warning: “Don’t make fun of people who don’t read - or they never will.”
