Last night I stayed up a bit to practice for my musical performance exam today (which I bombed), my sister came home with a box of like...10 macarons (apparently the spelling of this word is a universal mystery...or not). I had the salted caramel one. I didn't know why there's such a hype about them apart from MasterChef it is apparently the food for hipsters and indies these days according to tumblrs...

Life changing little bastards...

Anyways, ate it. Changed my life. I wanted another but my sister was like....crazy angry when I tried to go near another one. Completely understandable.

It was actually $120. It's the same one I borrowed from a family friend to take my photos for NAS. The photo's turned out beautifully. I like the fact that it one has two modes (auto and panoramic) cause it's less distraction and alteration on what you're actually taking a photo of. It's my mum's early birthday present for me. I wanted to buy it myself but this works too =]

The awkward moment when you go down to kitchen for late dinner and your dad just turned on SBS. You try to talk to each other casually as a lesbian sex scene can be seen and heard in the background. Still hungry. Not going back down there.

Dressed in what is universally known as comfy/lazy clothes: Oversized, unattractive jumper/sweater and tights I haven't worn in years. While eating knockoff seashell chocolates. Watching season 2 of Bones. Procrastinating from studying for exams. Yaddah yaddah yaddah.

Updating

• Fell down stairs last week, sprained my ankle pretty bad
• Went shopping with sister and mum today, bought a faux fur vest with hoodie (41$ after 30% off at Myer) and a 10$ top from chikabootie
• Michelle passed her exam and is now a senior, she's going to New York/America soon with her new boy. So I gotta make a shopping list for her when she goes over.
• Going to try and find a new way to make money other than working at Blooms
