I've been saying this a lot when I see or feel something really emotional like a death scene, love confession on a show or when I'm feeling lonely or overly happy. I think it's the only words that can express the my-hear-feels-like-bursting-with-emotions kind of feeling in short form. (Instead of OMG or LOL)

I love other tumblrs, but I just don't see/feel the hype about owning one. Ah good ol' blogger, simple and honest.

I'M SO HAPPY

I spent over 100$ on art supplies. I got water colours, a pallet, new brushes, watercolour mixing guide book and a sketch pad with watercolour special paper. I'm also a new VIP at Riot Art so now I can get discounts which is awesome since it'll probably become my second or third home in the next few years.

I can honestly say, the thing that I'll happily hand heaps and heaps of money over for (and not feel guilty) is art.

I can't sing. There are like....only two songs in the world I can sing half decently. But I'm OK with that.

Art 2012

Since I'm doing Visual Arts for HSC, I've been sketching and jotting down random ideas for it. So far I've got a total of 5 impossible ideas that involve stop motion, polaroids, watercolour, ink and skill that I really don't have.

I've also been investigating and I've decided to try different styles of drawing, including figure studies, different types of animation (the 2D kind) and landscape and scenery. I want to see what types of mediums I'll be able to work with like watercolour, ink, acrylic, pastels etc.

So tomorrow I shall splurg most of my wages on art supplies tomorrow. Very, very excited.

Haha nah those lyrics just pop up in my head every time I think about Luke because he left for Indo this morning *sad face*. He called me early this morning for a goodbye call and then it hit me. He was going to be gone for nearly 3 weeks. I think that's the longest I've not seen him or talked to him for long periods of time ever since I met him. Yeah...think about that.

Lol I don't even know who I'm talking to anymore. No one reads this crap. Right? Oh God I hope not, yet at the same time I do. Haha bi-polar does that to me I guess.

I've been rewatching CommunityChannel so I'm kind of imaging her voice narrating this blog post. Is that creepy? Probably.

Argh. This post was supposed to just be about me missing Luke terribly already. Meh, no one reads this anyways so it's all good.

Stayed in my pyjama's all day. Yup, living the dream.

My January so far

I've been working like a MACHINE. Not really. I'm just working more than normal. Sharon is the real machine. I bow down to her in awe. She's been working early to late pretty much for the past months whereas I'm here, worked 2 weeks and whining like a baby. I've gotten paid like...a tiny bit compared to what I actually earned. That's my own fault though, damn TFN and bank.

I spilt nail polish remover all over my Macbook and so now the keyboard doesn't work. I'm on Samantha's Mac (whom is right now on an incredible holiday over at South America with friends and boyfriend). Going to get it fixed as soon as I get time. Maybe this weekend or Wednesday, if I take the day off to go city with friends.

Been spending time with Luke. Got into a large "discussion" with dad about feelings, family, school, boyfriends, truth and trust. I'm going to try respect his wishes. I will try to do well for my senior years. I will try to see his perspective. I will try to tell the truth. I will try not to cry.

I watched Tangled with Michelle last night. I loved it so much. I'm so glad that Disney is regaining some of it's old charm and magic back. I predict that I will watch this film more than once by the end of this month.

Luke's going to Indo tomorrow! I'm happy and really sad at the same time. Happy because this might be good for the both of us and what him and his family are doing is amazing. Sad because I'm going to miss the constant knowledge that he's only a phone call or two buses away. Now he's going to be in an entirely different timezone and continent. I said I'll try to make him something by the time he gets back. I don't know if I'll be able to do that but I'll try. It'll be my little project for the remainder of the holidays.

The New Year

I spent New Years Eve with the boy I love, lots of friends, a car, various nerf guns, fireworks and sparklers.

Hopefully, things this year will turn out for the best. I wish everyone the best of luck, all the happiness and every love in the world for this year. May 2011 be remembered for it's greatness rather than it's tragedy.
