Ricefest!

Today I went to this thing called Ricefest which is a catholic festival with food, games and talks.

I met Mtt at the statues of heads at Central and i got there first so I was standing by myself, lonered and awkward until Mtt came. Then we bought train tickets to Homebush and Laur came. We caught the train and I met "Panda" and "Fish" and Mtt became "Bear."

We got there and met Chris. So many people and me, Laur and Ch were just standing there all awkward. Mtt went with his youth group. We waited for, the least, 15 minutes while some people started breakdancing and people crowded around. We finally went in and we went to the Rice Cafe which was full of bean bags, candy, chips, drinks and people who randomly came up to you and talked to you. After that we just walked around.

We saw Mtt and introduced me to K. Mtt then went off with his youth group so K, Laur, Ch and me stuck together the whole day. We played A LOT of games it was so fun. We played tug-of-war twice and won both times, I beat Laur in an obstacle course, he beat me in sumo wrestling, we all threw flour balls at each other, went on the jumping castle, listened to live music and listened to the talks.

The talks were about Jesus and God and what we could do to be closer to them, they were really good! Live music = LIVE PLAYJERISE! woooooooot! they were there! So good at guitar.

When it finished me, Laur and Mtt and Mtt's youth group took the train back to central and S picked me up.

Nxt week I'm going to RiceRally which is like a concert. I'm going with Kwistophe, K and Mtt.

Electives!

Oh geez I've got to choose my electives for year 9 next week! My first preference is art, then philosophy which i was (thankfully) invited to. I don't know what my third one should be. I think commerce because apparently it's really good.

Other then that the other things that look good is dance, computer studies, food tech, music and design and technology. So yeah, I'm pretty much screwed =D lol.

Yes yes I know I'm a day late but the opening ceremony if Beijing was breathtaking. The lights, the MASSIVE TV scroll. The synchronised dancers and musicians. I loved it all! I love watching gymnastics, diving, swimming and soccer!

Max Brenners!

I went to Max Brenners in the city last Saturday. It's a choclate cafe and every bite you tke is heaven! I went with M, S and W. WX was supposed to come but there was SO much traffic they went to Pancakes on the Rocks. When we were driving we ended up being behind this yellow car THAT WOULD NOT STOP REVVING. God they were annoying.

We got there and got:

Chocolate Pizza - Pizza base with melted chocolate spread on top, with banana, pecans and marshmellows

Chocolate Brownie - Rich, chocolate brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce

Me and M shared Hot chocolate and crunchy waffle balls - Hot chocolate with lots of crunchy tiny waffles balls covered in chocolate in a "Hug Mug"

And Lastly,my favourite: WAFFLES! with a dribble of chocolate on top with ice cream, banana and strawberries on the side. HEAVEN

Anyway totally recommend you go. 500 stars out of 5. Try not to get too high off the chocolate overload ;)

Notes about Nothing #5

• HOLY CRAP Dakota Fanning is the same age as me! In fact she's a few months OLDER then me! She looks so tiny and she's so famous. She was born in February 23, 1994 and is now fourteen. Scary.....
  
• I saw the cutest Siberian Husky today at easties and I want it BAD! It was black and white and had beautiful blue eyes.
  
• Last book of the Twililght series: Breaking Dawn is coming out on August 4th and Midnight Sun is the story of Twilight told through EDWARDS perspective!!!!! Cannot wait!
  
• Alana broke a toilet by standing on it today XD SO funny.
  
• Love the song "Let It Go" by Brit & Alex for some reason right now
  

I actually like school for the reason of the actual subjects I like, my friends, more physical activity and gives me a life lol. I only hate it because its goes on for too long, the horrible teachers, annoying people and crap ass, unesessary subjects.

Tim Tam Friggen Slam

OMFG I am in chocolate heaven. I was youtubing kevjumba (>.<) and a link led me to see him and a few other famous youtubees getting high in a Tim Tam Slam party!

You bite on corner of a Tim Tam and then bite the opposite corner.
Then you put one end of the tim tam in a hot milky beverage of your choice (I personally love Ovaltine) and sip it through the Tim Tam
You then eat the Tim Tam and it shall melt in your mouth!

Voila Chocolate Bliss!

I have done it so many times and have been in heaven each Tim Tam!

Tennis!

Well a few nights ago I was talking to G. We havent talked in ages so he added his friends to the convo, Mtt, Ch and Laur. We were talking about movies and then somehow we ended up arranging to play tennis. I can't hit a ball for my life so I wasn't going to play.

We met up today at Heffron at around 2. The guys were really nice and the game was really funny. Mtt likes HSM! ROFL. He has good songs on his phone though.

We all paid Laur out on his tennis skills and he ended up owning them all LOL. G hit Mtt on the head with the tennis ball at least two times. He was paranoid for the rest of the game XD.

I was just sitting there, being "ball girl" and listening to music on my MP3 and Mtt's phone. It was nice, I had a good time.

I think we're arranging to see the X-Files movie soon....

Goals

Well of all things to strt doing in my holidays I'm knitting HA. For no reason at all. Grandma's also going to teach my how to do calligraphy which rkn would be awesome. Anyways I'm going to set a list of goals I want to accomplish by the end of these holidays:

• Master calligraphy
• Draw A LOT
• Study for math test that only our class is having on a Monday of our second week back...thnx Mr Moon
• Write that english essay
• Read class book: Winter
• Plan my room out. OMG mum said we're allowed to paint our rooms! YAY
• Maybe start writing some fanfic....
• Knit something useful.

Lets see how this will come out hehhehe....

Kiera's Birthday Party!

Well first off, HAPPY BIRTHDAY KIERA!

The dinner was really nice. We went to Mama Teresa's and had a table next to the window on the top floor. There was Grace (still cripple), Leila, Monique Gander, Steph Bartlett, Kiera and me. We made friends with the waiters Eduardo and Alex who we name Axe because Grace's brothers name is Alex too lol.

We just started talking and never stopped. It was nice =). We got to pick what we wanted so I got the pasta bow ties with creamy chicken and mushroom which was -drool- lol. For dessert we all wanted the chocolate mousse but there was only one left so we gave that to Kiera since it was her Birthday and we all got this really creamy and nice vanilla ice cream with strawberry topping.

For a pressie I got her a really nice chain bracelet with blue frangipanis on it and a Peter Griffin key chain and a nice card.

Random Change

For some random, strange, insane and awesome reason, Dad decided that we should renovate me and Michelle's room!

We are planning to seperate it down the middle with a shelf so i can have one side and she can have the other! We even went to IKEA on Saturday to look at furniture and stuff. It was so fun! I'm getting a bunk bed with a computer desk underneath, I want some floor cushions and a bean bag and a really fluffly round carpet! I won't have too much room to do much but I'll try my best.

I need a colour theme, to plan out what I want and to put what where. This is going to be so much fun! The only bad thing is getting ready to renovate which means moving EVERYTHING out to put more in! This is going to be insane but I'm so excited!

OLSH Rap

There was a new Year 8 Challenge and it was to write a rap song about persistance and impulsivity. SO FUNNY. We did it in our classroom during lunch and filmed it with my phone.
